ד וְצָמְחוּ, בְּבֵין חָצִיר, כַּעֲרָבִים, עַל-יִבְלֵי-מָיִם. 4 And they shall spring up among the grass, as willows by the watercourses.
ה זֶה יֹאמַר לַיהוָה אָנִי, וְזֶה יִקְרָא בְשֵׁם-יַעֲקֹב; וְזֶה, יִכְתֹּב יָדוֹ לַיהוָה, וּבְשֵׁם יִשְׂרָאֵל, יְכַנֶּה. {פ} 5 One shall say: 'I am the LORD'S'; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto the LORD, and surname himself by the name of Israel. {P}

When the Lebanese Military recently fired at IDF Soldiers who were on the Israeli side of the border, the game changed in a very significant way in relation to the next war - for that will not be fought against Hizbullah alone, but the entire country of Lebanon.
